I would like to give 5 star in negative. Very bad experiance. Very poor service and taste was more poor than service and attitude of billing counter was at the sky. Takes 30 min in preparation and when I complained about taste and service and returned team the staff didn't even asked the reason and returned tea shamelessly and not even ask for return the amount which I was paid. I suggest don't even think to visit.

Waste of money..poor service just a cup of tea takes more than 25 mins to get to your table... attitude of billing counter was at the sky ......not visit this place

Place is little Congested but tea was nice and food was also good but cold coffee wasn't Upto the expectation and more over a chocolate shake than a Cold coffee

Staff behaviour is not good. It's been more than 20 minutes since I have placed the order and he is asking for more time. Not recommended

It's a great experience to visit and now in just 1 month it's my favorite place to hangout after college. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing tea, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations and name is enough and worth it.

Worst service ever seen in an outlet. It took them half hour for 2 cup tea.

Worst experience. Property is very and it gets houseful if a group of 8 people gets there. Tea is also not that great according to price. Was excited before but after getting there and seeing the condition it was really disappointing. All the respect for MBA chaiwala goes down like a rain. Try out chai sutta bar for a chai in cafe experience at only 10rs with a kulhadd also. Cons of this branch - 1. Place is small. 2. Rate is not at all competitive. 3. Overhyped. 4. Not hygienic. 5. Staff is not trained on how to talk to customer and they just treat you casually like you are just a friend coming for a free tea and snacks.
