Mazzo, Marriott Executive Apartments - Featured Reviews (1059)
One of the craziest roof top restaurants in Hyderabad with a great ambiance along with rooftop views of the botanical gardens
Pool side dining is a very great experience having a meal with your loved one on the roof top beside the pool with a great conversation is just the best thing you can doooooo
The atmosphere is a bliss. With the fresh air produced by the trees in the botanical garden just beside the building
Coming the main part food.
Its just amazing. Pasta here is great along with those crispy fish chips
If you wanna have wonderful time with your family along with great atmosphere and delicious food just go for it
Must recommend
A great place to bring your partner! A cozy romantic place which has an almost infinity pool with a beautiful cityscape view of Hyderabad.
The dinner buffet spread was impressive in quality and not quantity ( number of items were sufficient, but was on the lower side )
The taste was pretty good and had options across multiple cuisines.
The live counter service was prompt and very good.
We ordered pizza off the live counter and it was a little Indianized but tasted pretty decent.
We also had pani puri
The photos obviously come out pretty good because of the pool and the amazing ambience and lighting.
The non-veg options were plenty and quite tasty.
the number of options in the veg buffet were too few to call it a proper buffet. no veg biriyani! just 1 curry and 1 dal. very disappointing.
however the taste of whatever they had was decent.
Visited Mazzo for lunch with a team of 29-30 people. and we paid almost 40k
Beautiful ambience. Option to dine next to the pool too.
food wasn't up to the mark. Limited options.
Main course spread was below expectation variety wise. Very regular menu which one cooks home like aloo matar, zeera onion rice, simple dal. Salads were not appealing at all.
Non veg Soup, Dahi Papdi, Kodi fry, Veg Biryani, Kodi Pulao, Paneer Masala, Noodles weren't flavourful at all. Almost everything disaster. The attraction for all such buffet- the dessert section, it was a disaster.
They served each dish at a gap of 35 mins starting from main course n snacks were served later.
The only good item on the menu was curd rice.
Marriott seriously needs to look into the menu and the quality being served.
Visited Mazzo for dinner with a team of 27-28 people.
Beautiful ambience. Option to dine next to the pool too.
Food wasn't up to the mark. Limited options.
Very few options for vegetarian folks. There was Dal, Rice, Bhindi-Peanut fry and Paneer Masala in the Indian main course.
Hara Bhara Kebab and Murgh Malai Tikka were good, but all other items like the veg & non veg Soup, Dahi Papdi, Kodi fry, Veg Biryani, Kodi Pulao, Paneer Masala, Noodles weren't flavourful at all. Almost everything lacked salt.
Mocktails too weren't served to all the people at the table.
Desserts too were sub-standard.
We visited the place during summer, but room temperature water bottles were served instead of chilled water which was disappointing.
Restrooms are clean and well maintained
Service could be improved.
Overall an average dining experience.
Visit of ambience is your priority.
The food is okayish.
The service is good.
The ambience is quite beautiful
I would visit this place just to enjoy the view once more.
3 pillars of any great restaurant
1. Ambiance - I would have rated this place 1 star but it is only because of the ambiance, I am granting it an additional star.
The rooftop view is amazing in the night and ofcourse the pool adds a charm to your evenings
2. Taste - This is where things went down hill. The starters included a variation of channa dal wada, noodles and Paneer Tikka.
Channa dal wada was rock hard and paneer felt dry. It was cooked long back and left in the heater for too long and it just lost its moisture.
Main course options are super limited. You would much rather go else where. Among the limited options, the steamed rice and pulao have been cooked long back and are almost stale
Chicken biryani didnt have the pieces and nobody cares to replace the old food.
Butter roti is more like maida chewing gum
All pastry options had egg. There are 3 delicious looking pastries and all contain egg.
3. Price - I wouldn't say 1500 + gst is expensive for marriott but its totally not worth it for the food. For that money, you may as well go ITC ala carte or even Barbecue Nations if you are not into ambiance
One of the best pool side dining arena!!!
Food - Limited varieties of sea food but quality was good. Chicken starters were good.
Ambience - Whole another level sitting by a pool side and having dinner with a well lit surrounding.
U have two seating options along two sides of the pool
1. 2 - 5 seater
2. 8 - 10 seater for a large gathering
Service - The items were well prepared and neatly presented.
Bar area was perfect for that place.
Being Serving the hygienic food ,with reasonable prices where the customer can satisfy .
I glad to express my review on the restaurant.where I can suggest to my near&dears to order from the restaurant, continue the same quality .
The hotel is providing best quality items. I have tried all the items here. The food is very delicious and service is also awesome. It's located near Char Minar. I will recommend you to visit this restaurant!
The dishes are delicious. Everything on menu are finger licking good. The best sharwarma I ever had. Keema roti and tandoor items are out of the world. Must try. Would rate 10/10
