Huge and quite old society with lots of flats with swimming pool and gym and society is quite managed, great work on security and cleanliness, transportation facilities such as auto and bus are also available nearby society and lots of basic amenities are available Food vendors, fruit vendors, and other vendors are available, but if you need to use the gym or swimming pool, everyone must pay separately per member, not for the entire family.

Calm and peaceful society. Located just off Lake road at the intersection of Goandevi road and Milind Nagar. Building are located in a circular pattern from "A" to "N" wings. Amenities like jogging track, swimming pool, kids play area, batminon court and dry playing ground use for several cultural activities. The default setup is 1BHK and 2BHK but customize apartments are also seen.
It good room are spacious and good it has pool and gym and indoor games batminton court and big ground

this is a huge complex with many wings, most security at the front gate didn't know the way without a vehicle its very difficult to commute from your wing to the main gate you have to walk quite a lot, this an old complex probably 10 years.
Approach road is good most days of the year. Outside vehicles are not allowed but roadside parking is available. Big space and lots of trees to walk and play around. Room sizes are larger than new apartments in the area.
