An bit old hotel but maintained decently well. Very near to temple, walkable distance. Reception and lobby area is grand. Nostalgic lifts. Parking available inside the compound, but gets a bit cramped, can park maybe 15 cars, u have to give key in reception coz they can move it when necessary, not a huge deal. Rooms are fine and decent quality, space available for extra mattress. Ac was good. Hot water in the bathroom working good. No restaurant is a bummer even though they have a proper restaurant in the ground floor near the lift, it's not functioning. A couple of good restaurants are available at walkable distance. Tea coffee however is available via room service. Room service is fine, no issue. Good kind helpful staff behaviour. Overall decently satisfied.
Stayed in Mayura Residency. The room was below average and not clean at all. The bathrooms were the worst. Not clean at all. Superbly over-priced. .
The lobby decor is too notch. Rooms are spacious but you can tell that it is dated. Good hot water during the mornings. There is no restaurant here though but they will happily buy and deliver coffee and food from nearby hotel. Walkable to temple. Has very good and ample parking and the staff are very courteous and helpful.
Totally vintage, from 80s. AC not working, no automatic locks on the door. Shower not working either.
Outside looking good view.. But interior works looks too old also bathroom interior looks too old in this price. This property is not updated with new interior design. If they updated their interior too they can charge more, and customers will be happy.
The rooms are clean and fairly spacious. The bathroom was cleanly maintained too. Hot water was not available when we came. The location is perfect for a temple visit as it is very close by. Complimentary breakfast was not provided.
Excellent hotel in guruvayur, very near to the temple. Has excellent amenities, rooms are very nice. Excellent service by staff, ample car parking. 2 big banquet halls available for meetings, functions etc.

This place is heaven for all the little ones in and around Guruvayoor, neat and clean. There are few rides that need immediate attention so that it can be maintained without need for much repair work in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Sathya Inn early in November, 2023. Room was neat and clean and perfect for my needs. The staff were wonderfully welcoming. Thank you, Rajila, Saraswathy and Subrahmanian.
The food was pretty good and tasty. The price was also reasonable. Parking is available but limited. I will suggest to try South Indian dishes with a good filter coffee. This restaurant is visible from the main road easily.
