Location - Exellant everything else pathetic Room Service - bad, there was no water and no one receiving call. No reception office to report problem. Amenities - nothing, provided towel after demanding twice. Room is really small with almost no ventilation. food - very bad, order chicken but doubtfully that it was really chicken or something else. Took over 30 mins just to yakr order and another 30 mins to serve. If you need spoons or anything, you will not find anyone to serve you. To make the experience worst, there was no water from morning 5 till checkout. somehow we had a bouquet of water which we managed to freshen up. They could not even provide one additional bouquet of water. Everything, there is no one to take care. Everything is on gods mercy. Details explained above.

The restaurant is not very large but outside is beautiful and the windows give a breathtaking view Food menu is limited, but food is reasonably priced and very tasty We had veg, but non veg is available so is alcohol The restaurant only provides breakfast lunch and dinner, no room service

1. Only hotel on hill top. All other private hotels are in foot hills. Booking this room has 2 advantages, - U can take ur vehicle uphill ( general pubic has to park their vehicle and walk/ use public transport uphill for 1.5 km). - U can stay on the hill top after 6 pm ( public can visit only 6am to 6 pm). 2. Room was just ok. Costly for amenities if booked for more than 2k. 3. Don't book rooms with balcony or with mountain View. u can never enjoy them. Balcony is inhabited by monkeys waiting to jump into ur room. 4. No AC, plan to rearrange bed and sleeping under fan in summer. 5. Food in the restaurant is just manageable. Alcohol is affordable too. 6. overall, a good choice for pure nature lovers who love to walk. Nothing else is so impressive!!! We are nature lovers, fitness freaks with an own vehicle. we enjoyed it!

No waiter service , you give order first pay and get it... Food quality is very bad very spicy... Low quality food... Somebody should inform government about this. Water is dirty... Not even 1 star

Stay is okay, house keeper is available on phone call. at this place still that much feasibility not available. rooms are clean, water is too much costly in hotel but outside water available till evening RO water. Still need lot of improvement, food is available with limited options.

Very bad service .they were giving coffee in paper cups Requested for coffee in steel cup . No coffee provided to us and asked us to go to next restaurant inspite of having steel utensils Paper cups spoils environment and is also bad for health since they contain micro plastic

Room was just average. Food was also average. But the view from the room. Its just outstanding. The climate the view everything is fantastic. This is more than enough. We will neglect all the negatives after seeing the view from the room. Surely recommend this to everyone going nandhi hills. You can see the the full beauty of the mountain from your room itself

Never book sunrise rooms, these are in great location and clean but very poor in other aspects, like No room service for these rooms, upkeep is poor outside the room for the cost. book gandi nilaya or jungle cottage, or suite others don't book. all these also worth. go on weekdays, weekends and public holidays are costly. food availability limited, quality average prices are reasonable for the location. monopoly on everything so it impacts quality.overall nice place to visit if you don't have high expectations and enjoy the nature more.I wish they give one part of the area to few private players too, it will become an awesome place to stay.
