Worst bar service. There are no other staff to serve other customers. They are all busy with other customers. We waited like .45 minutes there. The staff didnt asked our needs. Wasted 45 minutes. Dont go there there are good quality ac and non ac bars nearby. We were in ac bar. Just go to the nearest bar named kallada and enjoy good services happy day

It's just a glorified lodge. While the staff aren't indecent, they didn't appear to be aware of the term customer service. No hot water available in the washroom. The whole place smells of cigarette smoking which would be quite nauseating for non smokers.

Executive bar is a kind of okay place. The food is also fine.

Not clean .it's dusty rooms..no proper room service at all .reception area is so poorly maintained and no proper receptionist and reception service.some people roaming around here and there.not at all upto the mark..parking facility area is like a godown.

Hotel was nice but no kitchen is there we need to take food from outside. rooms are not spacious. Average parking area is there in basement floor.hotel location is good for travellers who use to travel with Volvo buses. located at mannuthi bypass junction mannuthi , thrissur. I think the room rates also little bit higher than other hotels in same standard

No idea about rooms or nattached But the owner is a nice gentleman. Kudos to a person who has empathy for people waiting outside for Outstation Buses.

I have not tried the rooms or food in this hotel. How ever this is becoming a famous landmark for long distance buses. Mannuti bypass towards Palakkad direction, this is a bus point for most of the long distance travel buses. Small fast food food outlets are also near by, though not sure how good they are. Slightly low light area, I would suggest for ladies who are boarding from here can be accompanied by friends or family. I am assuming Gov. will put up some serious lighting to this junction since this is a becoming a major bus point.
