The staff is extremely sweet and polite but I must tell you that if you don't want to waste your money then avoid this massage center as the staff if not skilled and they lack the basics of massage. They use tonnes of oil and randomly tub it on the body. They know no pressure points or strokes. The only saviour was the steam at end, that relaxed me. Also it would have been great if they would have given good disposable undergarments for top and bottom for women. Here you will get some very awkward disposable lower and that's all. Everywhere they give for both top and bottom. If you have urban company spa in Ur city then book them please. Or find better place for massage. Don't waste your time and money here. I feel I totally wasted my time and money here. I regret booking here.

The staff was good that is the positive side. Now the negative sides: they didn't have separate oil containers, while talking to them got to know that the oil is mixed by a senior and they use it. Secondly, very less experience from the staffs on massages. They didn't know any pressure points or areas where to massage.They used the same stroke again and again. They charged me 1500 for the 1 hour massage and 15 mins hot steam bath. The steam bath was good but the massage was not good. They gave a single piece of cloth which is unlike the undergarments we get in spas in Delhi and other North Indian cities. The masseuse made me naked while rubbing oil off my skin. They use a tonne of oil and they just dab it on the skin. I went for a massage and in the end got oil dabbed body except the massage. If you want to avoid wasting your money, please avoid this place. Went for an ayurvedic massage and steam. Best experience in a long time. The oil is really good quality and the rooms are clean. Very experienced staff. Did not feel awkward at any point. The massage lasted about 1hr followed by the steam. Just one suggestion to have better towels to wipe off the oil after the massage. The current towels they provide are small. Overall it was a great experience. Would definitely revisit and recommend to friends.

I have taken massage here in April 2023 and the room was literally dirty and unhygienic. I have got skin problems after taking their service,They don't use separate oil container for individual.They took 1400 bucks for 1 person without steam for 60min, but it was totally wastage of money. While taking massage I was Waiting for the tricks and techniques but it was simple oil massage even in village also we get better oil massage than this centre.For head massage I feel like she was giving me headache more and pulling my hair,I went to experience Kerala Ayurveda massage but I have got more pain in my head and body after coming out from here.Any normal parlour staff also have the knowledge that before giving face massage one must clean the dirt and make-up from the face but she didn't remove the dirt and make-up and on to that she put aloe-vera gel on my face which was kept in dirty vessel,I feel like vomiting.Totally wastage of money,skin problems and unhygienic experience I had in Kerala which is famous for Ayurveda massage only. They are just defaming Kerala Ayurveda massage.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. The place was clean, staff was friendly, professional, & thorough. The massage was more of a rolling pattern as opposed to hitting specific pressure points or muscle groups like other massage types. And it was followed up with a steam bath (that could've been longer). Overall the process was relaxing & refreshing. Shout out to Hari, my amazing masseuse!

It was good experience not great. Various types of massages available. You can choose as per your requirements. Very well known in the area but expensive compared to other. Nice setup, try to take appointment prior a day for confirm massage .

Worst...good for men but bad experience for ladies ..no massage knowledge and it was finished before time (I paid for 75 min abhyagana but she finished my massage in 30 min)after explanation of time calculation she realised ...but her performance was very very bad..I had to tell her every step of massage.
