Good place to have lunch and dinner. They provide good food. I prefer this place because it offers only vegetarian food. The one drawback is it has bar in its dinning area so person with family might be a bit reluctant to spend time there. Though, I have been many times there, hardly have I witnessed anyone drinking. Despite all this, hotel management must consider a substitute. That's why I am giving it 3 .

Location on main road. 3 star property. Pros: 1.staff polite. 2.food is tasty. 3.It is only veg hotel. 4.Breakfast option little more than what oyo provides. 5. Bar is in-house. Cons: 1. Rooms very very compact. 2. Asking Payment upfront without even showing rooms. Don't fall for it. 3. Bathroom(wb/basin/bathing area) is so small you can almost touch two walls if you streached. 4. For this property they ask too much rate.

We were there in the hotel on 19th, 20th and left at 6.00 am on 21st of Nov. 2018. We were five ladies and senior citizens. Hotel is located in a good locality. Ambience is good. Cleanliness is very good. Safe for ladies. Food was awesome. But the young staff of the Hotel is extraordinary. Executives in the food section treated us with all respect and affection. They quietly responded to our requirements. Mr. Antar De supplied warm milk with turmeric to one of us who had bad cold. They were very polite with smiling face. I have visited many places and stayed number hotels and guest houses during my service and after, but I have not come across such a lovely staff who made us feel at home. They served warm coffee and tea before 6.00 am in the lounge when we were about to depart. Though complimentary breakfast was to commence from 7.00 am onwards, and cook was on leave other staff of the food section kept our breakfast packed and ready for us when we left the Hotel at 6.00 am. We liked everything especially the staff. Our wishes are there for the staff to get all good things in life. Visit once to experience their hospitality.

Early check in policy was not cleared at the time of check in by staff .After 6-7 hours they informed to check out in very early morning in place of regular check out timing. 3 different staffs including manager demanded 3 diff rate.They don't Hv respect of their words.. What so ever the policy is,it should be explained at the time of check in. Better to stay at other hotel..

Excellent location. Rooms are neat. Walkable distance to the New market, park street, etc. We can take buses also for Eden gardens, babu ghat...nearby. Only pure Veg Food ...tasty. All Staff are very courteous & helpful. The Manager,..Mr.Rohul Pathak, very helpful in arranging sight seeing trips. I will rate it Excellent.5 star. Keep it up.

One of the third class hotels I have ever stayed in. Room is ok and that's it. No hygiene in common places, no food quality, lazy, dull and irresponsible staffs. Lift service is almost always out of the order. Reception is not at all helpful in any situation, even in my stay, I found the payment POS machine was not working. I had to leave the hotel in one day only.

The hotel is located in a narrow street however you can spot it easily. The staff was friendly and helpful, specially the gatekeeper. Room was spacious enough for 1 person however may look congested for two people. Room and bathroom were clean. I didn't find running hot water in the morning. Also, the breakfast doesn't have many options.

Small hotel with restaurant cum bar. Hotel cleanness is very good. Surrounding area is not good. Adjacent to a Country Liquor shop. After evening footpaths in front of the hotel is full with drunk people. Rooms are good and clean. Amenities are less compared to other hotels of same 3 star category. Little unsafe in case of emergency like fire.
