Mayur Residency Guwahati - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Stayed from 6/10/23 to 8/10/23, this hotel will be my first choice whenever I have to stay in guwahati. What a fantastic service and specially the food is tasty and the food staff are really well behaved. My ratings is beyond 5 star. Thank you for your service.

Date of stay - 8-Sep-2023, Best Location for shopping. Excellent room with AC/ hot water/ clean toilets/ excellent service but being a pure vegetarian hotel they did not have much choices of food. Best to get food from outside or Zomato. Helpful staff. We were able to book Uber easily in this place

This hotel is at road side and they have few open parking in front of the gate but still when we came in cab with luggage they didn't allow us to park, rather they have asked us to park in footpath. With a lot of luggage to take out. Not sure which good hotel block footpath with busy traffic when they have parking available. Also the behaviour of all the staffs are very rude. Worst experience.

It's location is good in the Fancy Bazar, the market hub of North East. It's minus point is that it is situated on the bank of Railway Lines and slum dwellers. It has good restaurants and only Veg food is available. It uses local Masala instead of Branded Masala like EVEREST MASALA. Staffs are good, helpful and cooperative. Rooms are good. It's location. It is at walking distance from Fancy Bazar, the main market of Guwahati, the Gate way of North East. The Brahmaputra River is at a walking distance.

I checked in the hotel and waited about 2 hours in the reception lounge due to recent customers didn't checkout....it's ok but the problem is that there were 2 AC in the reception one is not Working and the other one still working but no cooling....as summer days are coming and the customers who wait in the reception until the room is not free...and the reception lounge feels heat...Kindly keep the maintainance in the reception air conditioner and fix it if it needs some repair....Fix it as soon as it possible...Didn't expect from Mayur residency...AC maintain is so poor.

We stayed in a double deluxe suite with the rate of Rs2000 per night. The bed sheets were torn out as though some insects had nibbled on it, the walls were dirty with cracked out paints and wash room was too unhygienic and dirty. We used to love hotel Mayur few years back but now there's no maintenance and for such dirty rooms charging this much seems unreasonable. Disappointing.

Great experience with my stay in Mayur Residency Guwahati..Staff are very cooperative.Feel safe as a solo woman traveller.Happy with vegetarian food..Clean room with all facilities. Totally had a pleasant stay in Mayur Residency .

Its a nice Hotel situated on a slum location. Good spacious executive rooms with A-one interiors [ flooring, walls, tv, almirah, sofa, tables, Ac, bed dressing table everything nice ] and a very tasty reasonably priced food (Pankhuri Restaurant). Bathroom is neat n clean although not very big and Bed has good size although uncomfortable spongy mattress. Supportive staff and youth driven front desk. You would feel like at home. If somehow they manage to make approach road clean,, it will be a great place to stay in. Not much disturbance by train sounds.
