My father-in-law fell ill and we took him to Mayur Hospital and Research Centre. My wife called up the hospital and they responded promptly and with complete warmth. They were to send their ambulance, but we decided to take him in our vehicle as the distance was less. As soon as we reached, the attendants took him to the ICU where the doctor attended to him and his condition got stable in no time. None asked us to complete the admission formalities instantly. Everyone was maintaining social distancing and sanitizer dispenser was kept at the entrance itself. All the staff members were wearing masks and gloves including non-medical staff. The cleanliness was flawless and impeccable at every floor. I met Dr. Riaz Siddique, the brainchild behind the hospital and his assuring words, encouragement, positivity and warmth besides his vast experience left me thoroughly impressed. My father-in-law was shifted to a private ward in next few hours and he was attended really well. The allotted room was spacious, clean and had a bed for an attendant as well. The doctors and nurses were on their toes to serve every admitted patient. Getting medicines was no challenge as there was a round-the-clock pharmacy situated at the Ground Floor. And we were getting the food from canteen for every meal which was balanced and properly cooked. When I looked at the bill on discharge, I was pleasantly surprised as the charges were quite reasonable and every bit affordable. I decided to gather more information about the hospital for the benefit of many. The 100 bedded hospital came into being in the year 2002 and it is managed by "Crescent Hospitals Private Limited" and serves population in a radius of 500 kilometers. It looks regular and plain outside with no elements of luxury, but what lies inside is quintessential for the welfare and well-being of every patient. There are 15 fully skilled resident doctors and 80 visiting doctors and consultants on the panel in various faculties. In addition to this, there are 15 Administrative and front office staff, 50 Resident Nursing staff, 20 Technicians & Operators, 50 Ward Boys and Girls. Further, there are five dedicated security personnel and all the main locations are under CCTV surveillance which makes the compound quite safe and secured. There is ample parking for two and four wheelers and there is a dedicated entry point for patients to be rushed to emergency ward/ICU. The hospital has two General Wards (one for men and another for women) & one for Pediatric patients. There is an Isolation Room, well- equipped 2 ICUs & 3 Operation Theaters. Moreover, there is one Labor Room, 14 Semi Private wards, 11 Private Wards, 6 Deluxe and 4 Super Deluxe Wards. It serves patients in the departments viz. Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic & Joint Replacement, Obstructive and Gynecology, Pediatric & Neurology, Oncology, Onco Surgery, Minimal invasive and laparoscopic surgery, Nephrology & Lerology, Urosurgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychology, Pediatric Surgery, physiotherapy, Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery, Blood disorders & Hematology, ENT Surgery, Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery and Micro-vascular surgery. The OPD timings are from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and the charges are quite reasonable. The hospital has an in-house ultra modern laboratory with latest equipment for various tests. The tests related to Hematology, Biochemistry, Immuno Assay, Micro Biology, Histopathology, Cytology, with automated biochemistry analyzer, Cell counters and related investigations are carried out here and the accuracy and promptness are highly credible and appreciable. The hospital readily serves patients with medi-claim policies issued by various companies. Mayur runs a range of welfare schemes to serve lesser-privileged people as far as their medical needs are concerned. Mayur is engaged as a Yellow Zone hospital for suspected cases of COVID-19. It was adulated by the Local Governing bodies for the crucial role it is playing to fight back this virus and save as many lives as possible. Kudos!

It's closed, initially they have posted it's closed for renovation but after 10 Months no activity was noticed. For services they are keen.

Very bad experience. They are charging unusual amount on patient's head. And are not even providing proper bill for the amount paid. 2000 Rs per visit by a doctor inspecting on an admitted patient. Ridiculous!

If you really want your loved ones to heal, don't even think about this hospital. Patient's condition doesn't matter to them.They only believe in making money . such hospitals should not be allowed to continue their service as it endangers individuals lives who seek their support. Please don't use hospital as your source of making money while keeping patients life at risk.

Worst hospital ever. No professionalism at all. They just want to make money by fooling people as they don't have any talent to treat patients. They should start giving auditions for acting as they practiced this by fooling around. Mayur hospital is actually recreating the hospital scene of Gabbar is back. This hospital should be banned please do not admit your patient there. They dont deserve any star!

I had the worst experience here, WORST HOSPITAL , CRUEL AND INHUMANE STAFF, WORST FACILITIES , NO PROFESSIONALISM starting from nursing staff , 1.They do not even know which medicines are to be given to the patient. They tell us to bring the medicines and injection in EXCESSIVE QUANTITY and medicines are also being STOLEN by the nursing staff. 2. Untrained medical staff , just doing their work for the sake of salary. 3.Reception staff are the most untrustworthy people who doesn't care about a patient, they only care about is money and advances . 4.No mediclaim facility available , they force the patients to take admission on cash billing. 5.Although the rooms are available, they have always a way to make the patient BEG for the room. 6.Worst private rooms , with no television , 20 year old beds. NOTE: The only good thing is the cleaning staff (after having a conversation with them I came to know they are not getting their full salaries instead of charging a patient specifically for cleaning purpose) COVID 19 came as a blessing for Mayur hospital to run their business. From admission of the patient to the discharge , every person I've to deal with was INHUMANE and instead of hearing from so many patient they have no guilt for their doing. PS. THEY KNOW ,ANYHOW THEY HAVE A HIGHER HAND OVER PATIENTS AND MAKE THE PATIENT DANCE ON THEIR FINGERTIPS .

Worst worst hospital and staff even doctors also.they don't care about patient they only care about only the fee and as much as money people can pay. Doctors are not available in hospital even in emergency case also. They only makes fool just for fee and payment. I wait for doctor from 9am to morning 11.30pm but doctor was not their for checkup. Rating is not available in negative no. Otherwise the hospital only applicable for that. @hospital :People came to hospital for better treatment, if u can't do that then don't make them fool for money. U guys applicable for negative reviews not even 1 single start as well.
