Worst value for money. I went to the restaurant with my family, from the look of it, you will feel like you are entering a luxurious place, but that is about it. Food is tasteless and bland. One of the soup we ordered was sweet corn, and it was as sweet as I am having dessert. On telling them to return the order, they refused to take back the order and not even cancel it and refuse to correct it, since the guy who has taken out the bill for our table, went home because it was 9:30 pm. I have went to so many restaurants in tier1 cities, and if some thing is wrong with your order or if it is of subpar quality, they offer to remake it or cancel it. And they ain't giving that soup for free, check their prices. This is the kind of hospitality and arrogance you can expect. If you are going in for food, then save your hard earned money, because everything they serve is of subpar quality. And they will even refuse to acknowledge it and give you some lame excuse.
Worst experience with this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE, they will just harass customers. We ordered kadhai paneer for dinner and they sent us chicken, and after that they will not accept their mistake also. They said it is not their fault. Also the food quality is extremely bad and very much over priced. Please do not stay here. Also the staff is very rude and untrained to deal in the hospitality industry. The staff will mistreat the customer and do not have the decency to speak with female customers.
Superb property. Rooms are superb. Prices are higher side for Sitapur. Front desk staff are non trained and non cooperative. Buffet Breakfast not available.
Very bad experience had ordered for veg biryani and they served us chicken biryani which is a taboo for us also no proper breakfast was laid as they said not enough occupants are there and the chef is on leave so choice is not available and there was a power failure at night for about 45 minutes and there was no backup. Would not recommend this hotel
Bathroom gets flooded, inadequate slope ,no shelves to keep to keep soap, towel rack at a height of 7 feet making it difficult to take towel from the rack after bath. Bathroom has lights, but continuously flickering ,giving a feeling that one is in a disco joint, actually to keep the lights on one has to move his limbs up & down to synchronize with the motion sensor. No water kettle but you pay a tarrif of Rs 4000/- per day
Hotel is good and luxurious. Food is good in taste and affordable. But the problem is the electricity, every hour the electricity will go . Otherwise it's very good .
It's situated outside the city. The property has a huge space and the restaurant has a good menu . Good and Tasty food. You can enjoy it with your family and friends
My husband and I were married at the Hotel Mayur in February, and we are so happy that we selected this venue for our wedding. Planning a wedding while living in the United States seemed daunting, but the staff at the Hotel Mayur created a seamless experience for us: from pick-ups at the airport in Lucknow, to event coordination and even local shopping and cultural experiences for out-of-town guests! The decorations were lovely. The hotel staff was excellent and provided everything we could ask for. The food was delicious. The sequence of events during the wedding festivities was perfectly coordinated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding and especially a destination wedding. Thank you so much for a wonderful wedding weekend!
