Mayrah inn - Resort hotel in Arpora - default, India

Stay was very good. Staff is really very warm in their approach and available at all times. Food quality and taste is superb. Breakfast could have been better with some non veg items along with veg menu. Nonetheless, taste was very good. Mine was a pool side room so the view as excellent. Property is very nice, small and cozy. Loved it. Good luck to all.

The rooms are spacious with a very beautiful balcony. Our room was on the ground floor hence we got the balcony attached to the pool. The breakfast could be a little better with more options. That was the only part I did not like. Apart from that it is worth the money. Location wise also it is at the best place.

This is the worst stay In my life. These people are cheating very politely. Rooms in this place is worst then slum. Don't get cheated looking at photos the have posted.

Unfortunately we had worst experience staying in this resort. The staff at front desk or reception are really rude and don't know the meaning of hospitality. They don't know how to communicate. The way they speak and behave are really bad. They don't know how to treat the customer. The management need to take serious action about this, but I don't think management is much worried about this. They do foul billing and do unethical business. The complimentary breakfast is very very bad. They don't clean rooms. Rooms service is worst. I think this is "THE WORST" resort in Goa. I recommend everyone not to opt this place.

Poor & Pathetic!!! They don't have power backups and can cause you troubles for 8-10 hours in case of power failures and electricity issues. We booked 4 rooms and out of that don't know what happened but there was no power in 2 rooms from almost evening to next late morning. When we went for general inquiry and request for room exchange that has power they behaved very very very rudely saying that they are not responsible for power failures and electricity issues. We can understand that there may be power failures throughout the city but when it happens to only 1 or 2 rooms it is not digestible. They were so horrible in terms of listening to us and giving us a responsible answer and explanation. We requested so politely and gently but they were exactly opposite. They behaved so badly and abusively and started yelling at us with an excuse that power failure is not their responsibility. We almost suffered more than 12 hours without power and they did not bothered to provide us any other room. POOR SERVICE IS WHAT THEY HAVE EXPERTISE IN. THEY BEHAVE VERY RUDELY.

Amazing Amazing Amazing... Very nice hotel to visit with family. I stayed here for 3 nights n enjoyed a lot. very pleasant. Food is delicious, Rooms are spacious n well maintained, Staff is very cooperative. Really would love to visit again Keep it up..

we had a nice business stay with Royale Nirvana Resort. well located, good staff, best tariff and food is awesome. host are helpful, guided us in all our requirements. recommended places for family, couples and even groups.

Hotel is Good, Location is good! Very convenient to Baga, Callangote etc.. Staff is good, Can book including Breakfast! They offer best unlimited breakfast. I stayed for 4 days with family. Swimming pool is small but good!
