Great experience. My Father recovered well under Consultant Dr Zaid Ahmad Khan. He is very experienced and polite in nature visited regularly to check the health of my father as well. And entire staff is very helpful and very kind specially the two students (Yashi Shukla &Shweta Singh) and nursing staff (Maneesh K. Verma, Alpana Yadav)and GD(Nisha is very good and kind in nature)

A very special Thankyou to the very dynamic and ever smiling nuero surgeon Dr Shiv Narain Pandey. Dr Pandey professionally handled the nuero surgery for chronic and acute case of subdural haematoma of my 80 year old father (retired Army Brigadier).He was very interactive with us and gently made us aware of the benefits and cons of the procedure. My father had full faith in Dr Pandey and his team . He mentioned also the hospital has a very positive and good feel to it. We were very fortunate to have come to Mayo Hospital in Lucknow for the complicated procedure of requirement of neuro surgery . I Don't know who gave it the rate of 5/4 star. I know those patients who. Cured (also Know they are not critical) but cured soon in Mayo. But in my stage .. in the month of February -23 i admitted my son (9 yers old)only for his lower abdominal pain. But Dr. Manish Dwivedi pediatrics.admited him 7 days and do all his tests i.e x-ray, ultrasound,Ct scan etc.. but the radiologist of Mayo declared he is clear in every angle..but after 2 months same problem faced. And admitted 03 days. Dr.Manish one of the worst doctor in Mayo doesn't know why the problem faced again n again.he gave him the antibiotics/pain cleared (Tramadol/Diaclofenac) and after relief of pain he discharged my son. Even after several questions from my end he says no any problem.. don't worry.and my wife gave a 5 Star rating to Mayo.. now please read the following lines please.. in the date of. 02/09/2023 again my son faced the same problem of seviour lower abdominal pain. And in my absence my wife admitted my son in Mayo again.. but we found Dr Manish Dwivedi not present in Mayo medical centre. After discussing the staff he/she said that Dr.Manish Dwivedi (Hospital chhod diye hain) we understand.but in previous record of ours we treat our son under another pediatrics now present in Mayo. After 05 days treatment my son painfully says ()papa I'm not well please take me from here.. am worried enough and talk to the nucence pediatrics now and still now present in Mayo. And he answered me I'm discharged him now. After paid Rs.54900/- i discharged my son and admitted in another hospital. In the date of 06/09/23.. where in another hospital ct scan carried out and diagnosed my son's illness that seviour inflammation in Large intestine,small intestin, bladder and appendix..and treated my son. And now he is much better.. thanks everyones good wishes..... Also I said my wife/my illed son's statement. As per my wife the nurshing staff is FALTU..EGDUM FAALTU Rude,misbehaviored,,,The cleanliness of the PICU is losser than a CHC/PHC/ A little government hospital. The house keeping staff is chewing tabacco..and they don't care of anyone... Also my illed son's statement.. Papa I don't stand but doctor uncle doesn't opened PICU WASHROOM..I went the common washoom with wheelchair.which was/is bad enough.. Now then i request all the readers don't west your time for your presious one.. don't go to Mayo medical centre Gomtinagar Lucknow.. because only your precious one who loves you alot... REALLY A VERY BAD HOSPITAL IN GOMTINAGAR LUCKNOW. AND ALSO SAY ONE THING DON'T BELIEVE OF MAYO MEDICAL RADIOLOGIST WHO DOGNOSED.. YOU MAY TRUST OR NOT BUT ITS REALLY TRUE.

Excellent ICU facility. My mother was admitted due to kidney and internal organ infection, she is 65 and she got all well after being on ventilator for 6 days. Doctors and staff nurse were very kind. Rashi Singh was her nursing staff and she treated her like her own mother. I am so greatful and thankful to all the members of ICU team - Dr Aman tripathi, Dr gaurav and dr. Sikandar and all other staff member. Thank you.
