Hospital was good but Samiksha Ghatod in mri section was worst lady .She should know that she isnt working for free goverbmwmt is giving her money very arrogant. They feel that humiliating people because they are taking free treatmnent. She should be hanged

Treatment point of view it was good... Cleanliness and ambience wise it needs improvement... Parking was good... 20 rupees was nominal fee... Only 3 days free medicine was given .. rest need to be taken from outside medical store... I got 3 days painkiller from hospital .. calcium and vitamin tablet for 15 days, adviced to take from outside .. I visited Amrit medicine just opposite the entrance gate inside the campus... I asked for generic medicine but the owner denied and said branded need to be purchased at the discount of 15%. When I asked for only generic medicine he replied that, "jenerik dvaa km asr krtii hai" Still I prefer generic medicine, in reply he said he doesn't have that... It's shocked to know that in mayo hospital where rush was like anything, the medical store doesn't have basic calcium and vitamin tablets... Or didn't had intention to provide cheap medicines... One must take action against them ..

Really pathetic service. They are not even cleaning blood on the floor. One of My close relative was admit here they was not even checking properly. While applying stitches they send one intern or something who was asking us to cut threads and was not even properly applying stitches. Is this the way of serving. I know this is most crowded hospitals but if this behavior will be continue there they will face strong legal action soon. Charge littel more fees and provide good staff and give proper training to them. First of all supervise on that interns they all are doing work they also dont know if they are doing something wrong or not.
Very shabby place with overcrowding and stinky atmosphere. Typical of government hospital. Doctors are very much occupied and irritated.
The staff here are so egoistic, I don't know what they think of themselves. My dad had his MRI here, and the behaviour that I've experienced was so horrible. They are so proudy, like the nurse at the reception was so disgusting. She has no ethics to handle the patients, or how to talk to them, her name was @Samiksha Ghatol at the MRI section. And she was talking very rudely to the poors. They know that no matter how they behave, being in governments they're going to get there salary. Apart from this she was not completing one patient and going to other and not even completing that and running to third. I'm just disappointed by there way of talking
Very bad experience on 20/01/2021 gone with my son who is a CP patient and he in 10th class spending 4 hours without certificate signed. Two certificate has to be sign 1) from school 2) E- ticket railway card . 1st half an hour nobody told where to go . Government organization is illtreating handicapped persons then what about others
