Pros: Flats are in good state Community is okay Road is well managed Contains Pool(Adult and kid) Has shops outside like barber, grocery, tea shop, chicken shop, mechanic, and footwear Cons: Flats are small for 2,3 bedrooms Pool is mostly dirty Ground is literal amazonian jungle with wild insects which bite Ground is not suited for playing No parking space available
