30/08/2023 - The worst ever beef roast I had. It was hard as a stone and the service was very very poor. We ordered the food and waited for more than half an hour for the food to get delivered to the table. The cleaning staff was not ready to clean the table even after we sat down. One of the chair we sat was taken away from our place by someone and when one of us came to sit after coming from washroom there was no chair over there. It was such a bad experience

One of the best restaurants of kozhikode it's from the Jaya group itself they serve food with the top most quality. They have a huge menu which contains a variety of cuisine you can get almost all types of food from there the price is reasonable it's situated in east nadakkavu. the staffs are well-behaved professionals. The only drawback is that we might have to wait a little bit for the seat because the restaurant might be full on weekends.

Tried the set Dosa and squid pepper roast . Dosa was served as per request with less oil. Dishes looked appealing average taste . But the management was least considered about the ambience. I had just finished eating half of the first set dosa when the cleaning staff arrived with broom to clean I was seated in a mid row so this person was moving both sides dutifully doing his job . I tried to ignore the disturbance and tried to concentrate on my food . Only to be caught by surprise by a cleaning mop swinging to and fro and this mop had an awful stench . I just couldn't continue my meal . Asked for the bill and paid upfront and left the place . Plenty of staff but managing it is a different game especially in hospitality industry Hope they look into this . Cleaning area should be marked and it cannot be done while customers are having meal .

Food is good, and place also clean and neat. There also hve their special items. Price little high, but overall good.

The selection of Malabar dishes is extensive, and the flavors are authentic. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the service is prompt. Mayflower restaurant is a good option for family dining. You may miss the restaurant unless you are looking for it. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with comfortable seating and a spacious layout. The variety of dishes was impressive, with a range of different flavors and textures. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the service was prompt and efficient. The prices were reasonable, and there was adequate parking available. We had few dishes, the Manchurian Soup was quite over-spiced and not very good. On the other hand, Chudukal Chuttulli Veppila Kozhi was quite enjoyable, and the Beef Malliperalan was ok.
