Mayflower Hospital for Women and children - Hospital in Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Hospital is good, doctors are good. Staff is little lazy. Parking for patients is not available even 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler need to park on road. Main problem in this hospital is Canteen not available and need to travel 1 km or more for food. Insurance team is good and responsive.

No wonder why this hospital has 2 ratings. Terrible staff terrible rooms uneducated staff... dont join here. Flush doesn't work and look inside the patient room drianage pipe.... beds are not proper

M Vimal Kumar the Marketing Manager and administrator is worst person ever seen in such a good hospital. His behaviour is very arrogant and down graded. The hospital should get rid of this person on a priority. Very rude person and behaves like he is the absolute owner. I have been a regular customer to the hospital for the last 16 years but for the first time came accross such degraded attitude person. The hospital must replace him on a priority failing to do so I would never take my children to the hospital anymore. Dr Sushil Kumar is personally requested to look into the matter as we trusted him for years together for our childrens helth and wellness.

Your facilities, and especially your amazing staff, gave me excellent care and made me about as comfortable as I could be! Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment I entered(Day1). I just would like to thank and commend them all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be. Yes it is expensive for insurance part but u can trust fully put that for the care given by the doctor (Dr.Pallavi mam)and staff Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful concern in regard to my health and providing me with excellent medical and physical care. I am most grateful for your kindness whenever I see you. Dr.Pallavi mam thanks r not enough for dedicated and compassionate doctor that you are! I can say heart fully the best doctor in the as Rao nagar. She treat very friendly and taken care like a family member. She ensures to spend time with each patient, makes them understand the underlying health problem & suggests the best. This astounding genuine support is provided to all the patients, who consult her in their pregnancy and delivery care.I had a c-section and gave birth to my second baby on 30 June . If you are looking for the best doctor I can tell You will be in best Doctor hands. I pray to god that she have a long life and more successful in every area.

Hospital is good for show, staffs are not trained (they are paid peanuts I guess, so that is why they behave like monkeys), doctors are suppose to treat kids, but have problems with kids crying.Most of the doctors sit there and kill mosquitoes for time pass, but still you will be asked to wait....lol. I have seen better treatment in government hospitals than this hospital.

Hello All Just want to share my experience about Mayflower Hospital and the staff as recently I blessed with a Baby. So let me start with Dr.Pallavi Prasad Mam- She is one of the best Dr I ever seen or heard, I really appreciate her patience and the way she explains everything to patient and patiet's family members that is next level she explain the diet and when she talk that will be like God's voice. Now about the Staff, Vimal Sir and Albert they helped me a lot at the time of billing. Insurance person Satyanarayan awesome person with full of knowledge. All other staff are awesome you will have no complain if you know how to deal thingsthings. So recommend Mayflower hospital for all the people you will have a great experienc. This is a speciality hospital for women and children. A very hygienic and high in service oriented hospitals. Indeed doctor attended the patient in the corridor when patient was unable to walk. I appreciate the timely attendance of Doctors, nurses, housekeeping staff and specially the manager Mr. Vimal in providing the necessary assistance when ever required. The hospital has ICU, emergency care, medical shop, 2 general wards, single rooms (no attached bathrooms ) n deluxe rock.s with attached washrooms, lab, OT , neonatal care,X ray only avaialbe. Duty doctors are well experienced and patiently listened to the attenders. The hospital does not have a cafeteria but many options of eateries ,tea and coconut water centers are avaialbe around. I would strongly recommend this hospital to others too.

Dr.Pallavi Prasad madam is really courteous, very patience in hearing to Patients problems and give appropriate medication. The hospital is also well established with most of the specialists.
