Amazing hotel and a gem of a place hidden in plain sight in Kalimpong within town area. The fauna and flora of the resort will mesmerize you and the view will take your breath away. Small to small things also are paid attention to and you feel that you Have entered into a different world altogether. Will definitely come back again to experience the hospitality of the resort
It's an excellent place to enjoy the breathtaking views of Kanchenjungha and relax and enjoy the cosy and excellent ambience of the hotel . The hotel offers everything that a discerning traveller needs . The hotel has a spa, swimming pool, restaurants , library , indoor games and so on. The staff are polite and efficient. One can spend a few quiet days in the lap of the Himalayas by staying in this hotel .

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast & dinner was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!
Hi all, our stay in Mayfair was wonderful. It's a heritage hotel with beautiful view of mountains. location is good. Room was well decorated, spacious, with big balcony and cozy bathroom. staffs were nice. Amenities were good. But food was not upto the mark, needs improvement.
The receptionist is rude when contacted on the phone. She doesn't have manners to talk and respect local language.
She gave false information of availability of buffet dinner but actually it was not available when we reached.
Food was good (above average) but I expect that at that proce point.
It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful property in Kalimpong, only regret is that it was only for a night, would have loved to stay more. Will surely visit again and the suite preference will always remain The Tenzing's Room.
Terrible restaurant. All the male senior staff of restaurant was noncooperative unhelpful and rude . I requested for my infant bottle sterilisation they made faces and told to call here n there while i was in restaurant with the bottles. The junior staff of restaurant was good with smiling faces and helpful. The people on call of the room dining and restaurant were very impolite and rude. Like we r staying for free. Location is good . Food is pricy and average in taste. Go to CAFE KALIMPONG the food is better and not at all pricy.
it is a beautiful resort. Service is exceptional. rooms are one of the best i have stayed in. the bathrooms, the bed , the spa is just too good. highly recommended
