Mayem Lake View (GTDC) - Hotel in Bicholim, Maem - North Goa, India

The Hotel is located in a tranquilizng environment facing to the Mayem Lake. You will find clean rooms with neat and tidy bathrooms. They provide a variety of rooms as per availability. They have a lakefront Gazebo that is a good place for relaxing during sunrise and sunset. Their route to the rooms goes along the lake which is good place to find some rare bird sighting. Yes, they do not have a restaurant in-house, but you will find a few near the lake. Overall a good experience with the staff. The prices are not expensive but depend on season and are fixed by goa tourism.

Stopped for lunch here and the person who served us was very polite and nice and told us a lot about the place Lovely food I must say and reasonable rates Cheers

This is Goa Tourism Dev Corporation run hotel on Mayem Lske side. View is so beautiful. Hotel is very clean and in great environment. But very far from city and public transport . Recommended only for people who has own transport or who can afford high taxi charges. But I like the place very much.

Cozy place. Need to improve staff attitude. Cleanliness of the place is dodgy Beautiful property neglected. 4 stars for the view. Don't expect tea or breakfast before 8:30am. Never really had food here. Walked over to the roadside stall across the street or Ice and Spice nearby, but recently revamped their restaurant as of 27-Apr-18. -------------- As of Apr-23, the face of the place is completely changed. Although did not stay, but visited to check it out Place looked cleaner, and much better maintained. The restaurant has now started with a fresh menu, and name "Mayem Deck Restaurant". Some of the AC outdoor units seemed new suggesting some fresh initiative in action. There is also better energy all around, esp with the new garden / bungee in place All in all much positive experience this visit

Superb location on the bank of Mayem Lake, Bicholim. Cottages are excellent and clean with all basic amenities required. Overall excellent experience. Throughly enjoyed.

Amazing place..surrounded by nature and comfortably placed in the lap of the lake...nature at its very best. Rejuvenating experience for a couple of days. Only problem is the unavailability of restaurant and lack of good eateries around.
