Booked for a night in Sept 2023. Location:- Undoubtedly a very good location, especially for those arriving through train. Parking :- Ample space in the premises for parking, kids, etc. Rooms:- Too Spacious and well kept rooms with all the facilities as quoted. Amenities:- No complaints. Services:- Staff was very courteous and prompt. Check in completed within 2-3 minutes. Our 1 year old daughter was sick on arrival and we were very responsibly and promptly guided to the hospital etc by the staff, felt like home.
Stayed here for 14 days. The hotel is luxurious as well as too comfortable and it's at a walkable distance from Mysore Railway station. Rooms are well maintained and staffs here are very friendly having behaviour of superior quality. The hotel has a restaurant as well where non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian food is available and the food served in the restaurant is too delicious. The behaviour of staffs at restaurant is also very good.
Hotel is pretty average when it come to propert with respect to tarrif. Restaurant only have buffet in breakfast, no alacarte. Manager is stupid and con man He commited us a tarrfif for room and when we called out family to hotel with all the luggage from station, he suddenly rise the price and said he can't give us at previously commuted prices..
Great rooms, service and location. Just 1-2 kms away from the Mysore palace. Rooms are really big and clean. Refrigerator also available. Washroom and toiletries are not upto great level. Food is really nice. Bar also available. Parking space is ambient.
Amazing value for money hotel. 1.Location is very close to the railway station (walking distance). 2. Staff is very helpful and courteous. We received call from the hotel in the morning itself asking us about our check in time. 3. Breakfast has fairly good variety and is tasty. We had also tried some late night snacks -pomphret fry, veg crispy fries which we found ok 4. It's a old property, but rooms are fairly well maintained. 5. Bathroom fixtures probably need some maintenence as flow of water was less in our bathroom. To summarize it is a value for money, neat and clean hotel with nice staff.
Hotel living due to its past glory, rooms are average - AC is namesake, towels are 25 years old, TV remote does not have batteries. Restaurant- staff were very ignorant, they had a Goan food festival..only buffet, hardly any vegetarian dishes, they refused to serve us alacarte, we had to go out at 11 pm searching for food. Would not recommend this hotel for stay
This is a very comfortable and luxurious hotel in the centre of Mysore. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is delicious and good quality. Don't be put off by the fact it is a seafood restaurant, there are multitudes of tasty veg options to choose from too. We had a great stay here, shame it was only one night as we would have liked to stay longer!
