Located at an easily accessible spot near BendoreWell This hotel boasts of many interesting hotels as well as bars within the premises. Food is interesting sometimes very good too. Adequate arrangements are made for holding meetings and seminars because of its reasonably sized own hall arrangements. Rates are slightly above expectations but ok once ina while. There is also a famous pizza joint that caters to the fast food crowd as well. Parking arrangements seen quite adequate but may have to park outside of there is a sizable crowd already inside. Maya Family Restaurant in Mangalore was once considered a top family bar and restaurant for its delicious South Indian dishes such as GSB food and varieties of ghee roast, but now the restaurant has a dingy appearance and a quaint ambiance. This restaurant has been my top of the list restaurants in Mangalore since a long time. Authentic Mangalore style food is so delicious here. Madhe sure you have the apam which is the speciality here. If you are with the family please go to the first floor restaurant. Parking is available on the roadside and they also have a dedicated limited parking.

The best dish in Maya restaurant definitely is the Prawns ghee roast. Couldn't get a picture of it as we directly jumped to eat it. Was really too good!!! In the picture, it is hariyali chicken tikka, was good too. Tips: Please don't opt for chicken steak dishes. Try the authentic Indian cuisines
