Extremely expensive food which is overly spicy and all this served by a seemingly inexperienced staff. Went there as a party of 24 for a very special occasion. The hotel looks great with a huge chandelier and fresh lilies in the middle of the lobby. The restaurant looked promising but we were in for a letdown. Started with tomato shorba which was good and everything went downhill after that. Had chicken and prawns in appetizers which were okay but the main course was a HUGE disappointment. The dessert are also very mediocre. We wanted to talk to the chef who instead of accepting his fault started defending himself. Will not miss going there.

A little expensive restaurant for the quality quantity and ambience. The reception and waiters were so respectful and the hospitality was more than expected. I ordered from the menu and changed my mind. They did not mind the change of decision and immediately communicated with the chef. Complimentary Papad (Snacks) looks amazing. Papad tasted okay. I ordered Butter Garlic Naan (Bread) and Gongura Mamsam (Tender Goat with Sour Greens). Garlic bread looks amazing and tastes buttery and the texture was perfect. Gongura Mamsam looked good/okay but the taste was perfectly amazing (Gongura tastes little sour) Goat was tender and delicate. It tastes perfect with the exact flavour. Quantity is good for one person (average adult). They provided Hot towel at the end. As it was an Indian restaurant with non-vegetarian food, I expected mouth freshener after the meal. Unfortunately I couldn't find it. Overall Good food and hospitality but a little pricey compared to the ambience and quantity. I would definitely recommend this place and I would like to visit again. Appetizers were well made but the entree was not upto par. Food was good but not 5 star hotel level great especially given the price. Rs5000 for two people with no alcohol, 1 appetizer, 1 main course, couple of breads and mocktails

Very ordinary food and service. Went there for a business lunch. Food took 30-40 mins to come. Taste was very very ordinary. Trident's O22 restaurant and its buffet is much much better. Give Maya a miss. Thanks. Edit: Just to add to this: They do keep inexperienced staff (perhaps interns) in this restaurant. O22, actually is awesome. Try it. Edit 2: It's a quiet place. So, good for conversations.

My first authentic Northern Indian food experience. Great food and service! The staff are so helpful and nice! Highly recommend the mutton soup, which is so rich and creamy!

Amazing Indian food, all chocked full of flavors! Staff was super attentive and was able to give good recommendations. Love that the menu comes with calories for each dish although it also limits my choices as I'm currently watching my diet. Only downside was a number of beer and alcohol on their menu was not available, even local Kingfisher, which was quite weird..

If you are looking for great Indian food, Maya is one place not to miss. Over the years, it maintained the quality of food, great taste combined with Trident service. A nice quite place for a relaxed meal.
