This is one of the best gyms in Karaikudi for women and College going girls!! It is so easy to workout in this gym with the guidance of the gym trainer here ! The vibe here is surreal to workout with all the ladies trying to get back in shape ! The timing is also convenient for the girls to come and workout! Would really recommend this gym to everyone
One of the best places to get fit physically and mentally too. Separate timing for girls with the lady coach is very helpful. The coach(Praveena) has known every person's body type and trained us accordingly and she is very friendly too, so we can rectify our doubts easily. Regular exercises, balanced cardio and strengthening helped me to get rid of PCOS gradually and my period got regularised now. Separate timings for women, Trainer Praveena is so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The gym equipments and facilities are really great , also conveniently located and has plenty of parking. Really disappointed. Not worth the money. Very cosy room. The staff did not book a slot though the room was booked online, finally ended up alloting some left over room. Washrooms not clean. Very very small rooms.
