Maxwell Hotel - Hotel in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

Please be warned in advance this place looks like a horror movie set in the night with the hall way and room lights flickering ,bedsheets stained with blood ,bathroom fittings twisted with no hot water. TV and AC remote not available and will not be given and the best thing was pices of rope hanging from the spotlights. We did not sleep that night as the place was giving a lot of negative vibes. We left first thing in the morning and we were glad we survived the night and trauma.

We went for a one day outing. It was a last minute plan we found this resort and thought it looked good we booked a room for us. In all we were 6 people 4 adults and two children. It was a suite but they charged us 2 days as we checked in the evening we had entered the room it was big but no ventilation also the the room was stinking the washroom was like a lane very congested and the flush button was not concealed and there was white cement all over nor there was force. There was no ceiling fan just a small cooler which could not cover the whole room and there was a small ac on the wall. So we had requested for another cooler but there was no room service. We had to ask the waiter about the status of the cooler but still it had not come. In the mean while we had ordered food which took time but the food was very tasty it had not come altogether. Still we had requested the cooler but no response again. In the room there was a tv and AC with no remote, we had to ask them the remote but nobody gave. Then we tried to sleep but we could not as we all were sweating as there was no cooling and the remote was not provided. It was a sleepless night also there were elders with us 70+ .We got up in the morning and went for breakfast and complained about the AC but there was just an apology where as we paid them 8000 for this hopeless room. The breakfast took more than 30 minutes to arrive. We were going to the pool dressed up but surprisingly there were youngsters having beer inside the pool and dirty music so we had changed our plan and went to another resort pool by paying 1000Rs. overall the experience was pathetic. Would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. This room was only worth 2000. I hope this feedback will help to bring some improvement.

Very unhygine, poor facilities, not even basic amenites are provided, will not suggest any1 for staycation.

, Location is good. Good place with pool Pool condition is good.. baby pool is seperate.. there are three small slides.. one for kids and two for others , Food is tasty. Bit over priced.

It's a very nice place. Please visit. The service is Awesome. You wont believe me I order for a dish I wanted to eat around 12:30 PM and it was from the buffet that was closed around 10 pm. However, they generously made me that dish for me. I would give it 5 star. And top of that they have a amazing pool around 6 feet deep. Amazing place must go.

Best place we bumped into for weekend vacations... Best Rates... BEST tasty food... Spacious rooms.. everything is great just one thing which i think they should improve is pool water is never or only once in 3 months get changed {staff told} and if they can add music near pool. The best part was when we stayed in Villa ... Must must must to stay... You feel like goa... We had a blast there.. helpful staff.. just connectivity is not that good although best place for short weekend plans to visit to.

It's a fun place to chill with friends. But needs to focus more on cleaning. The pool apparently needs to be accessible to both areas i.e. bungalow and hotel. Staff is friendly but will remind you to check out atleast 10 times. They have beautiful huskies.

Rooms are clean but there's no facility of hot water. Swimming pool is quite big but a little unclean as it looked dark green. The food is the bestest you'll have in any resort of Gorai The ambience is really good and relaxing to the soul. Good for couples and friends.but kids not sure because there aren't any playing activity except for the pool. Overall it's a good place for the price'!!
