We came to Maxivision Madhapur opp cyber towers for my Father's cataract surgery. Dr.Rohini mam took the case and was good. Dr Rohini ma'am is awesome very polite and explained everything about the pre and post procedures. Special thanks to Divya and Kanchana ma'am for making this hassle free. She is always available to answer our questions and concerns. Her staff members are was always ready to help. She made sure that we are taken care of right away. We are very satisfied with the care and professionalism of the team. The team at Maxivision Madhapur was amazing and supportive.

Hi, we came to Maxi vision opp cyber towers for my Father's cataract surgery. Dr.Rohini mam took the case and was good. But I had a bad experience when came for the review. a person sitting at desk has red eye with no precautions.. noticed this I went to him to submit the discharge summary and collect few forms i needed. There were about 50 people on the floor, of different ages from small kids to elderly persons who came for post surgery review. How can the staff be so reluctant? What if the patients get infected? Post me going and telling to the other staff they asked him to put on black glasses and kept him away from computer and but still sitting on same place.

Excellent reception and comfort. the front desk staff and pharmacy explained in details how to sue eye medicine and made sure that I understood it. Specially for each eye, when separate medicine is prescribed, it need good explanation. Thank you Maxivision, Madhapur.

My dad is 82 years old and he had vision problems with retina issues. Dr. Joel Antony did an awesome job of taking care of the problem. He is always available to answer our questions and concerns. His staff member Saraswati was always ready to help. She made sure that we are taken care of right away. We are very satisfied with the care and professionalism of the team.

I have been to this eyes hospital many times recently went for my father cotract surgery. Amazing experience from start (Kanchana ) to patient registration ( Chaitra) to surgery (Dr Rohini) to Pharmacist (Devi). Amazing team dedicated to make your experience top level. EXPERIENCE DOCTORS , Nursing staffs, floor team making your eyes related treatment experience world class.

I have recently visited this hospital for my father (73 year unable to walk) trusting it as one of the high standard corporate hospital. But i was completely missed understood. The most worst thing is about coridnaters, They never fix proper appointment schedules, even if scheduled they keep it as pending (literally visited 5 times in month). I have paid 1 laksh for (viterectomy+cateract) but there was no use and improvement post surgery (infact lost vision for one eye, completely due to doctor inability to predict risk vs benefit). Post surgery, they never take single feed back and never care about patient status. Even I have called to coordinator post surgery due to eye pain with high emergency. They used to cut the calls, if they lifted the call will say contact other coridnaters, some time they will say, i will call back soon. but they will never called back again. I never seen such a nelegence in any corporate hospital. Supprisingly after so many days one fine day they called and asked me about my father's cateract surgery for another eye. I could see them how thirsty they are for money. They never call for patients care they will call only were will be a chance to grab money. I strongly recommend this hospital is very harmful and toxic with poor cordinators. I didn't want to bring out names to hear so, not mentioned.

My mother is really happy with the cataract surgery. Rohini doctor is really good.
