Nice place but 2 km away from highways bad road but after contribution by society little improvement on the road
Worst society ever seen in my lifetime. No maintenance , no security.....stray dog everywhere in the compound, no electricity....no roads only big promises at the time of purchase it's a total fraud society......Office staff is worst......be it's their so called Manager, Mr. Naveen Gupta or Manjeet....the way they talk to society residence is very rude & pathetic. Above all as per their words they don't even know the director's of their maintenance company i.e. Big Leap. We are repenting to invest our hard earned money in this gathiya society aka mohalla society.
The society is good but the problem of electricity in this society is very high, please before taking the flat, it is very difficult to know about electricity here, people here. I would say this before taking a flat from you, please find out the problem of electricity first, if you do not know about the problem of electricity, then there may be a lot of trouble here after you come.
It was a good experience of living here... But local are out side TDI, Sushant city is dangerous. Market is far. Only have a good easy day which delivers. Inside is good.

Max Heights dream homes at kundli is a wonderful place to stay . Best and attractive part is neatness within society common areas . Management seems to be strict for entry in the society. Market for daily essentials is also there. Major issue remains proper road with lights .
