I like max for budget friendly shopping. I always buy clothes for my nephew from here. Also this time I bought a perfume for just 400 and it smells heavenly.

The billing person was least interested for the people stand in the queue moreover interested in selling the membership which the customer upfrontly said NO . when asked where is the manager said (DEKH LO HOGA UDAR) .Took 15 mins to just get the billing done. Not returning to Max again.
I like to visit Max and always to do shopping, my little ones because good quality fabric and design. I haven't tried for me but whatever displayed is looking good and pocket friendly.

And the experience doesn't end here, they say that the payment counter will open by 11 and at 11:15 the executive tells me to do a self check out which I do, the payment gets processed from my bank, but the staff says the payment has failed so pay again. And they ask me to "Trust Them". The reason for the delay is because the staff had an internal event, so customer should wait. I fail to understand that in times when there is so much competition from online fashion store, how can you take customer for granted. Extremely poor experience and customer service.
