The doctors are very unprofessional and rude. They call all their patients at 12 noon for eye checkup and make everyone wait endlessly. No sense of respect for the time of their patients (paying customers) I have met more experienced doctors at bigger hospitals who exhibit more empathy and care towards their patients. The staff is untrained and without uniforms. Don't be surprised if the receptionist also ends up doing your OCT. In short, visit the hospital at your own risk.

This is one of the best eye hospital in jaipur . Nature of doctor and other staff is very good . Dr ankur Sinha is a very capable and knowledgeable doctor . My father had 3 surgery here and the results are impressive . Overall vary good experience

I visited to Max Vision Hospital for my GrandMaa's Eye Treatment . firstly i impressed with the well managed things & COVID protocol followed in very good manar. Due to Clean & hygiene my Gradmaa Got agree for the treatment . the next one about staff & doctors Even sr. doctors behavior they taken care of her very well as i got bit busy for a while, but i found they treated her very well. All are very soft spoken and respectful as well as taking care of the patient. From starting point to reception, treatment and till discharge i found like really good environment, as well no further complications after operation. Above the reception, the patient and those with the patient are treated well. everything is told completely with transparency at reception so Full care is taken of the patient's time. So according to me it was good experience, i would like to give 90% but my Granmaa is really impressed then me so 8 additional points from her so i can say this hospital desrv 98 out of 100. Nice and clean hospital. They have treatment of all eye related problem. Supportive and cooperative staff. Services like medical shop, optician shop, good sitting space in OPD are available. And entrance is wheel chair accessible which is also very important.
