From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! PHP Coordinator Mr Anil Kumar is also another reason who gives his 100% to resolve and manage all issues.

I had an exceptional experience at Max Hospital Vaishali! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The facility is pristine and well-organized, creating a calming atmosphere. The doctors were not only highly skilled but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatment options thoroughly. The nursing staff was attentive and caring throughout my stay, ensuring my comfort and well-being. I left the hospital feeling grateful for the excellent care I received. I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

I had a great time and have lots of fun in the event of Teej celebrations organised by Max Oncology Team, They are organised events at every month for the support and happiness of the cancer patients.

The attendants are very rude. If you have a friend or family, please suggest them to select a different hospital as going to meet someone there is a challenge. They won't let you. Just having good doctors is not enough. You should also have accomodating staff. Atleast let the visitor meet the patient.

For PHP Lounge's Jitender ji - Very well managed by him, food was delicious and the environment was very hygienic.

Went there for a MRI on Sunday.....MRI machine is 1.5T (Tesla) only while most of the other hospitals have moved to better 3.0T machines despite charging huge amount for same.....MRI counter have no space to keep stuff during MRI (had to place my jacket on a top of a dirty cupboard).....billing at this place is always slow.....half of the billing counter are never manned and parking is very costly!!!
