This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh is one of the best Hospital in Delhi where Dr Ankita Chandana Ma'am consults & helps her patients very attentively. From the beginning of my wife's pregnancy, I have started treatment from Dr. Ankita Chandana and from there she was the one who guided all ways to have a healthy pregnancy. She is very calm & friendly who is always there to help you, Guide you & make you comfortable by giving all the micro details involved for a healthy pregnancy. She always prescribes important tests to monitor the progress time to time basis that she will prescribe necessary medicines. I am blessed with a healthy baby Boy & my wife is also doing good. We would be always indebted towards the care, efforts & love showered by Dr. Ankita Chandana mam to us. Staff of this hospital are also very Helpful and They show professional behaviour during duty. The staff cares about the baby very professionally. Thank you all, . GDA staff was very good and performed their duty professionally.

I am absolutely happy with the exceptional care and expertise provided by Dr. K K Trehan, Dr. Vishwas, Ms. Jyoti, and their remarkable team at Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh. Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

My mother is getting treatment from Dr. Sajjan Rajpurohit and Dr. Sahil Bambroo. They are very humble and kind. The treatment response is great. All the staff is very helpful, specially Mr. Sanjay Rana, Mr. Dheeraj & Ms. Devinder Kaur. May God bless all.

Dr. Seema Jain is a wonderful gynecologist. Empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, reasonable. Really listen to the patient. My husband and I would like to thank you for taking part in the birth of our little girl... We all know that the tension was high that day. We felt very comfortable and confident knowing that you would be able to handle any situation if one was to arise. You are amazing..... You knew when to be serious and when to make us laugh. We will never forget that day or you....

I was disappointed with my recent experience at the hospital. While in the emergency room, I observed staff engaged in casual conversations, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a social gathering. Unfortunately, this led to a lack of attention to patients, and I, as a patient with inflammation and a fracture, was left unattended. Additionally, I was surprised that there was no ice pack provided for my condition. Furthermore, despite having paid the admission fee, there seemed to be a delay in being taken to the designated area. I believe these aspects impacted the overall quality of care and efficiency. I hope the hospital can address these issues to ensure a more professional and attentive environment for patients in the future.

My experience at Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi was highly disappointing. Despite making a full payment in advance and receiving details of the room number( Room No. 2103 admission date 25th may 2023), the admission process was cumbersome and took an hour to complete. This initial inconvenience is unacceptable and could have been handled more efficiently. Furthermore, the hospital failed to provide a first meal to the patient, which forced you to bring food from home. This lack of basic care and attention is disheartening, especially during a hospital stay where proper nutrition is crucial for recovery. Additionally, as my father was administered with radioactive medicine, the doctor advised me not to stay in the room for extended periods due to potential health risks. However, when you sought refuge in a vacant room nearby, the security personnel (Mr. Sunil Yadav and Mr. Shivam Yadav) rudely informed me that it was reserved for doctors. Despite the absence of any doctors, they insisted me to move to the second floor. Their lack of empathy and refusal to understand the unique circumstances I was facing is deeply concerning. When I tried to highlight the importance of providing compassionate care, Mr. Shivam Yadav dismissively mentioned that he was merely doing his job and advised me to file a complaint elsewhere. This indifferent response further reflects a lack of professionalism and a disregard for patient well-being.Also he took a chair and sat in front of my room as if he is very powerfulpowerful and he has no other job. However, it's worth mentioning that Dr. Sushant Mittal, the attending physician, displayed expertise in his field. Additionally, the nursing staff provided satisfactory care during your father's stay. In conclusion, my experience at Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi was marred by significant shortcomings in the admission process, lack of basic amenities, and the unhelpful behavior of the security personnel. While the medical expertise and nursing care were commendable, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. It is essential for the hospital administration to address these issues to ensure a more positive and patient-centric environment. My father is still at this hospital and hope that they will not create more problems for me after this review. Note: I was contacted by the senior admin staff in the morning. They apologized for the inappropriate behaviour of the security staff and personnaly assured that all the things were perfectly taken care of till my father's discharge.
