Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

One of the best hospitals in New Delhi with advanced machinery for all kinds of scans and operations. Many types of rooms including 1 bedded, 2 bedded and 4 bedded rooms with a few VIP suites. The staff is extremely cooperative and well spoken. They treat patients as their family rather than just a patient. Even the consultants are very open to the customers and don't hide any facts from the customers. Our consultant, Dr. Pallavi Garg were also very kind to recommend the most effective medicines and reversal for fatty liver. Big problem in car parking and patient can suffer or any thing can happen if you enter hospital entry gate 5 and 6 . Max hospital giving more facility for giving extra money for vvip parking . See photo and plz stop money heist in your country There are no parking person in field or parking lot . Half hospital parking lot is empty because of no entry but hospital staff is good

Max Hospital is one of the most reputed hospitals in Delhi. It is located in prime locations in south Delhi and has the specialty to deal with or cure almost every disease or problem. However, if you visit and check the hospitalization cost first they will identify if you have insurance or not, and depending on it will share the amount and number of days of treatment. Max Hospital should work on treatments practically not based on customer insurance or income and apart from that their billing team should be working on their attitude issue to ensure excellent customer service.

Located near Saket & Malviya Nagar metro, One of the reputed hospital in South Delhi. I recently went there with my father in Emergency in the early morning hour and doctor attended my father in no time. After having few x ray and other test, he was supposed to admit at the hospital and then the real struggle begins. Due to Insurance, there is a separate TPA billing and admission counter. It take 6 hours before my father was shifted to a bed from Emergency due to non availability of bed. I must say Doctors, nurses and all hospital staff including house cleaning and other assistance are very HELPFUL. Doctors generally visit every patient 2-3 time per day and in case of emergency nurses can call the doctor for you. My father was suppose to discharge in the morning hours after doctor confirmation but it takes almost 8 hours before we get discharge due to TPA & Billing issue. Although my experience is good but it can be more better if the admission and discharge can be improvised. Tips - Always carry your own water bottle, buying water bottle at the hotel can be very costly (60/bottle) if you have to stay there for few days. Although hospital have water dispenser on every floor. Carry your own food along with spoon and other utensils. Canteen staff can be rude if you ask for any thing for free even if it's a spoon.

No one wants to go to the hospital when you are traveling, especially outside your own country. Today I visited Max Super Hospital here in Delhi for a chest X-ray and another test for my lungs. My experience was amazing thanks to Dr. Anshul Mittal. Right away he assigned a man named Shyam Sunder to guide me through registration and all the stops around the hospital. As an American, I could have never done this on my own so thank you Dr. Mittal and Shyam. And more good news. I'm going to be just fine in a few days as long as I follow the instructions and take all the prescriptions.
