Cost vs Treatment rating 2/10 Hospital charges and treatment is costly .Not justify the cost. Cleaning hygiene is a major concern here. Hospital Cleanness rating 0/10 During Discharge of Patients take too much time . Normally Patients need to be discharged in the morning at 8:00 but in actual practice the patient will discharge at 9:00 at night. Discharge Smoothness Rating 0/10 Staff are co-operative and Supportive Transperancy and professionalism Rating 3/10

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . Let the money be with you if it gives you the satisfaction. Caution: visit at your own risk

Excellent service and patient care by nursing staff and doctor. I was taken care of by plastic surgeon Dr. Raman. He has vast experience on surgery and is very good doctor. Nursing staff in ward and very generous qualified supportive and of kind nature. Ultimate experience. I urge the hospital administration to maintain this standard in future too.

I wish I could give below 0. I was calling for immigration medical services and no buddy answered my call. I called them more than 50 times, NO response even when my call was coming first in line then automatically hang up. Guys don't waste your energy here calling again and again just go to Ludhiana.

I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn't like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn't have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn't have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Max hospital in Bathinda is one of the best hospitals in a 200 km radius. Various types of specialist doctors are available who do their jobs in a very good manner. The staff is very good and respectful. I visited i the max hospital in the OPD department with my mother. The doctor recommended that we checkup with the heart tests. So they provided us with the heart package at a very cheap price (750 rupees) only. If we take this package from outside, it will cost us 4000-5000 rupees. I think this is good for all types of departments.

Very very bad experience with max hospital Bathinda. We went for immigration full medical and they didn't do chest xray of us. After seven eight days they call us and tell us about chest xray. They even charged full amount of money from us for full medical on first day when we visit there but they didn't do any chest xray. Very bad not even picking calls not booking appointments on time staff very rude.Overall bad experience. Because of staff's mistake we didn't get visa yet. Staff need more training.

If i say about rating 0 star.. Third class treatment.. No transparency.. Patient was almost dead even in worse condition than the time of admission. Arrogant staff. If u love ur near & dear ones, dnt recommend it to anyone. Took too much time to discharge the patient. Too costly as compared to the treatment. Unnecessary diagnosis. Gang of looters.. avoid plz..
