Really fashionable outlet across the city and has really good clothing choices at affordable prices available in thiruvalla. This outlet has enough store space to set variety of trends for it's shopper.Based in season they do have really good offers and quite good selection at these outlets.Nice collection of clothes in all ages with variety of new things ..good spot for shopping. The only problem I found was the garments aren't arranged properly. I had to look a lot to get the clothes.

Max Thiruvalla posted a Paytm cashback discount poster outside their store and refused to honor it. The manager Mr. Bittu said that "they are a franchise and cannot honor this offer." We decided not to purchase items and left.

Whenever I visit max, it never disappoints me. Good collection, good staff, superb cooperation. I would suggest this place for your shopping with a 5 star. My ratings: Customer Service : 5 stars Collections as per 20th September 2021: 5 stars Security services and Parking : 5 stars Covid precautions: 4 stars ( hand sanitizer was found only at entrance) Minimal crowd which helped in peaceful shopping. Only negative part was frequent power breaks.
