Doctors are always late. Whole staff of the hospital is incompetent. From the person sitting on the reception to the people generating the bills. Person sitting on the reception don't know on that days do the doctors come and at what time. And when asked for an appointment they booked the appointment for some other day. People sitting on the billing desk take forever to make the slip. Thay have to ask multiple other colleagues how to work on their hospital computer software to generate a simple bill (which i assume they do everyday). They book the appointment and when the patient arrives on their given time, then only does the staff call the doctor to ask them to come to the hospital which can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours. I don't understand how is this hospital even given the licence to operate and treat patients. Utter incompetent.

Worst experience...not even one star they deserve... doctor are pathetic , zero in professionalism...never ever on time...staff is also like this ..they used to say appointment 8 am ka hai then they say...9-9.30 tak doctor aaynge kuch patients aur aa jane do

So here goes for the hospital. The appointment was for 11:30 am. The doctor comes in post 12. No call from the hospital for the delay and it seemed pretty usual. It's 12:45 and still no update for the appointment. It seems like a total collapse. This is a private, one of the top hospitals in NCR and the situation is simply pathetic. Would not suggest a visit here and if it's an emergency, try some place else. Still trying to show #kindness by not mentioning the doctor's name.

I just completed my treatment with Max Noida and the Oncology day care team under Dr. Vikas Goswami / support staff of Max Noida is super helpful and always responsive for any queries. Special Thanks to Dr. Manisha as she has been supportive and always reachable for any queries I had over the course of time.

No I am didn't satisfied for my experience because I went from odisha but doctor has came to his chamber but computer wasn't active he was suffered few time and changed his room and I think he has not digonised to us perfectly. And what medicine he has prescribed that medicine was not available in your medicine store . And that medicine keeper suggest to us don't take that type of medicine
