I visited the store with an issue that my receiver volume was low. Sreejith was good and explained the issue well. All the tests were performed and the details were explained clearly. The rest of the staff was polite and there was no wait time. I would say the service was extremely good.

They have improved on the quality and quantity of their collection. There was wide range of collections last time during our visit.. The quality has certainly improved. Had a good shopping for Men's.. Good collection for ladies. There was less collections for boys which has to be Improved...

My recent experience at MAX in Meenakshi mall, Bangalore, was incredibly disappointing. The staff and the manager were not only rude but also extremely unhelpful. Firstly, they have offer sign boards that are misleading. The sign says "Flat 199 rupees," but when you go to the billing counter, they try to charge you 1199/- for the same item. It's like they deliberately want to deceive the customers. When I pointed out the discrepancy and decided not to purchase the item, they went ahead and billed it anyway. Then, they had the audacity to tell me that they don't accept returns or offer refunds, only exchanges. It felt like they were purposely trying to trap customers into buying things they didn't want. The manager's behavior was appalling. He was incredibly rude and acted as if the customers were fools for not understanding their misleading pricing tactics. He even made snide remarks, saying it was our fault for not reading the sign correctly, which apparently indicated the pricing for different sections. It's absurd to expect customers to carry measuring tapes to decipher their pricing strategy! Overall, the staff's attitude was pathetic, and they showed a complete lack of respect for customers. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this store at all costs. They are doing a disservice to the reputation of MAX with their unprofessional and dishonest behavior.

Kids collection was good. Western outfit for women had very limited patterns. Billing could have been more quicker would have saved some time

For adults it's good.. But for kids it's not so attractive

The collection is okay.. Many a time you get very nice stuff and i bought many things from the store. However, max as a company should focus on quality. Many of the stuff looks old.

On my last visit I was told I will get birthday month discount. This time on my purchase they gave me a QR code to scan for birth day discount which didn't work and when it didnt work they said it was my fault because I didn't register before when infact I had registered before 1 week in prior then they said it was my network connection problem...these idiots took 45 mins arguing with me they don't even have systems check to check my purchase history,also a network problem can happen to hundreds of people each day not just 1 person they should have another alternative for that purpose. discount trap.
