Max - Shopping mall in Chennai - Thiruvallur, India

Sometimes we get good collection, but often we end up with disappointment. I guess they distribute the dress material based on location, being at ambattur it's not up to the mark when compared to other Max. Cosy. Friendly staff. Good that they wont stand near you while you select dress materials. Kids friendly. Bike Parking available. Car Parking based on luck.

Many choices of clothes available. The only problem is the people working in the billing counter. They insisted to buy above a specific price to get a trolley in discount price. They insisted continuously even though we said we aren't interested. Also only 2 out of 4 billing counters were open even during festival purchase time.

Went to buy cargos for me while I was looking for pants two guys were staring at me I said do you want to tell anything they replied no we were staff then I said okay i continued to look for pants they went to the corner and was joking at me, cause my pant was wet due to rain i never minded i had selected one pant and kept aside and looking for similar type cargos with different colour both of them came to me and we're asking me which colour do you prefer while am showing the colour to the one of the staff other guy took the pant which I have selected and kept back at the showcase hanger and i asked see I have selected the pant why do you kept it back they were like forcing me too get away from the counter quickly i never experienced this kind of treatment fin my life I will never get back to max ever I was purchasing my outfits since am from Dubai but nomore

Hello Everyone, I have been a regular customer for max Ambattur (opp to Ponnu Supermarket). The shop guys are turning off the aircon to do cost cutting. Though there are plenty of customers they are not turning the air con on despite several reminders. They are saying some nonsense reason. Felt very suffacated. Avoid doing shopping this shop if the aircon is not ON.

Gentle and kind staff service. They explained us very well to choose a product. Sales person name : Pandiyan. I thank him personally for guiding me to by a excellent product.

This outlet is big in size and having very good collections.. Lot of size options and varieties..

Every thing was fine.In ground floor I do no his name when I try to take a photo of the dresses he arrongantly says don't take the photos. He instructed in an indisciplined manner.its makes me highly irritated. Instead of people advising us not to take photos. Put a notice board like people were not allowed to take photos inside the max so that we will avoid

Less collections when compared to other Max stores . Trail room was very messy . Full of clothes lying down and sweat smell .
