Excellent Location and in the midst of thick lush greens. The new hotel has a very good feel and unlike other hotels the team is very welcoming and inviting. The pool is very well maintained and they have plenty of facilities like toddlers room and also a game room apart from usual spa and gym. The food was very tasty and authentic and served fresh and hot. The house keeping team did some amazing towel art decorations for my room. The rooms are spacious for a family of two adults and kids

I stayed here for 2 days and this is newly opened property. Facilities were fine. You can easily access beach in less than 2 kms and you can access hotel from two sides. You can see crowd in the morning time at the resturent. Since the people's are going out so you will not find crowd in lunch and dinner time. Dear owner, please put some signage board on the main road so that customer can easily access your property. Finally, ofcourse Yes I would definitely recommend this hotel as affordable price.

We ended up at this hotel in February 2020 due to an overbooking situation at another hotel we were originally booked at nearby. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were clean and the airconditioning worked fine once we figured out how to use it. However for a brand new hotel the service was below par and needs a big time improvement. The room was not cleaned once in the 4 days we stayed there. The tile baseboards are already badly stained and dirty and the floors are not being properly cleaned. None of the items were replenished unless we asked them to do it. There was no set top box in the room and the TV did not work without it. We requested one and got a box with only Hindi programming and no children's programs at all. When we asked for an English box we were told that there were none available as they had been given out to other guests despite the hotel not being full at all. There were only 2 white towels in the room when we checked in. We asked for additional towels and were given multicolored ones and some were ragged at the edges. The power failed a couple of times but not for long. However we were taken aback when we found out that the room key operates the power for the room so everything shuts off when you leave the room. In February this is not a big deal but in the hotter months it could be a huge issue. We didn't eat at the hotel as our first experience was disappointing. We tried to get a late breakfast the first day at the hotel just after the buffet closed and were told none of the buffet items were available for an a la carte purchase even though they had just finished clearing it. We found a great restaurant nearby called the Travelers Inn and ate all our meals there. The food is absolutely amazing there. The pool was in usable condition and someone came to clean up the debris as soon as we got in the water. Overall not a bad hotel but for a brand new place it needs some more staff training and inspection.

My experience has not been too good. Reached the hotel late in the evening. Rooms are good but the customer service very sad. They don't seem to have their own kitchen coz when I enquired for food I was given a menu of a restaurant and asked to order from there. I a little particular about the overall cleanliness. The rooms seemed unkept and linen used. We were two guys and were alloted a queens bed. When approached them to change it to single we were told that the requirement was not specified at the time of booking. Well fine point taken. It's a service industry why can't we be proactive and check about the needs of the customer at the time of booking rather than blame the customer. Finally had to sleep on the sofa for that evening. Very sad

I LOVED the stay in Max Lords. The staff was very kind and helpful.. Daily room service was there. Location is surrounded by calmness...they can arrange a rented vehicle which was good... However there is no restaurant available ...u can order the food from zomato or swiggy. I will recommend to book with breakfast included.

Property is good. In lunch hotel don't have food arrangement and some days in dinner chef is not available. Ask everyday reception. Beach is around 1 to 1.5 km., room are very good , swimming pool is maintained.

Amazing splendid resort amidst the greenery of Varca in South Goa. It has a spacious swimming pool, gym, restaurant, banquet halls and various amenities. Nice location, nice rooms, well furnished rooms with all the best amenities, good pool, only their restaurant is not fully functional but still whatever they provided it was gud whether its daily breakfast or lunch or dinner.
