Recently did shopping at Max in grand mall. Service was good. Sales person Gayathri was good polite and assisted well. Her customer service skill was good. Cons: Many are very much concentrated to sell the elite option. I have to pay extra to get a 750 voucher. Follow some discount options how its followed in other show rooms you will get repeated customers. Rather than customers paying to get offers.
The shop has some items at reasonable prices. It has plenty of collections for kids and guys. Pro : There are offers available in kind of dresses and it's applicable for the some products when we purchase two items. Con : It's paid parking due to it's inside the mall. Ratings Rates : 3/5 Quality : 3/5 Service : 3/5 Ambiance : 3/5
price seems to be okay but once we hit in season time will get more offer or the is high in off season not sure worth for the quality. max to have their own product but again price similar to other brand the outlet have less collections compared with other outlets
Went for buying shorts and T shirts for my son. Got 2 pairs. Prices reasonable. RS.900 per pair. Show room is there in Grand mall. Visited only gents portion. Reasonably big showroom in 2 ND floor. Escalator available. Went again in April 2019. Bought tops and bottoms 2 pairs. Bought shirt, t shirts. Quality and price matching.
Good number of collections of gents and children cloths for Grand mall. Need more collection to attract more people. Staffs here doesn't seem interested in selling. Neat. Clean. Well maintained.
Good addition to grand square Mall. Has very good collection for ladies and kids. Has 2 floors and ample space to move around. Not much discounts when I shopped but it's a welcome addition to a bare grand square Mall. Will give good competiton to Shoppers stop.

I was in the shop for almost 10 min waiting for someone to attend. Vinod, the manager is so cool that he is chilling with his colleagues and not sending any sales ppl to attend. Pathetic is an understantenet.
