Pleasant experience. I got a hassle free service from Max life Kochi office. Mr. Deepu was very helpful to identify the policy that suits my profile. The whole process for enrolling my insurance happened just in a span of two days. The best customer service i experienced till date compared to any other insurance team. Appreciate the effort Deepu took for quick activation of my policy. PS: There was no dedicated parking space for customers, one has to manage with nearby vacant spaces.

Very bad and gready people. The place looks good though. All the standards you expect from a big company are there. The most annoying thing I experienced is the way they judge you by the clothes you wear. That prejudice is unbearable. They are still holding on to that outdated system. Otherwise I think it's a pretty decent place.

Went to close a policy .. Staff was very helpful..provided full information what all documents are needed to close a policy.. Felt comfortable..not like most of govt. Offices.. No headache..simple and smooth operations.. They have a good working atmosphere.
