I am a policy holder in Maxlife insurance for the past decade. We had the worst experience from Max Life Insurance, Thiruvalla, Kerala .We were misleaded with wrong information regarding the policy got rudely insulted by your staff . My sister has taken two whole life policies in the year 2010 (through an agent who is no longer working in Maxlife). After surrendering the policy the surrender value shown was almost only 50% of the premium. While we called the above staff to enquire about this she started shouting at my Mother,sister to me and made lame excuses. Neither she provided the proper information regarding the policy final amount nor did she had the decency to talk to customers properly.I would like to ask the management that what kind of training you are giving to your staff.We have been Maxlife customer for more than a decade and are not depositing our money in your firm to get insulted by your staff. That staff owes us an for her disgusted misbehavior towards our family and if Maxlife do care about your customers then do instruct your staff to behave properly with the policy holders other than counting their commissions. we policy holders did not sign up for this kind of insult from Maxlife staff. We felt deeply insulted despite being a Maxlife customer for more than a decade.
