Scam. Imagine what they do when you pass away and your family tries to claim the money?Max Life writes their policies so its interpretation is unclear. They will cheat you. They phrase their insurance policies so if you try to surrender they take more than *!* 60% of the money you invest. They did it to us. When sitting with the advisor, before signing, they told us we would get the full amount back if we surrender, now they point to the same vague policy wording and change it to fit what they'd like. Stick with LIC. Max Life is a scam.
Worst service. Even after making payments card/cash directly in the branch ,does not get updated in the system for 3 weeks. Having bad experience. Email either will bounce back or no reply for multiple mails. When we call it goes to automatic attendant which does not help in anyways
Superb place , Office Environment is also very pleasant , All the Sir's and ADM are very polite and friendly , & more over you ask for any doubts on any Products they clear it and explain very well . Love to be a part of Max Life Insurance family.
