1) I have purchased clothes for around 7K, they packed all the clothes in one paper bag.(1 Jean, 3 T-shirts, 2 shirts and 3 trousers) they denied to provide additional paper bag and they said one paper bag costs 8rs. I have purchased for 6891.0 rs. (I have purchased all clothes without discounts) that paper Bag got tear down, once I came out. 2) Fake advertisement. They have advertised as "Everything 50-70% discount" but only few selected brands have discounts.

The white T-shirt I ordered from Max online had numerous brown stains, and despite reporting the issue, they refused to replace the product. It was a highly unsatisfactory experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding online purchases from Max.
