Had a pleasant experience joining this gym. Our trainer Chayan da is very knowledgeable and carefully plans out the exercise routine that we are supposed to follow. Anyone who is looking for a nice gym that actually focuses on body fitness as a whole rather than just muscle building should visit this gym once.
One of the best gym in the area and totally worth the price. The owner himself is the trainer and knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.
This is the best gym from my point of view...our trainer is very polite with us and taking good care of our exercise also he encourage us everyday at any situation....and equipments, space, training is best if you are follow the instructions from trainer....
Horrible management. Cheap but not worth it. Very small space. Owner doesn't care and staff has bad behaviour. Only for show and timepass. Please avoid if you really want fitness.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
I have been working out here since February, 2021. My experience is really good. The owner, the trainers I must say their behaviour is really good. In some of the gym the trainers generally ask for a personal training, but in AR fitness they never do
