I've been shopping in Max for the past few years. Max is Budget friendly and the collections are amazing. I've been shopping in Town Hall, coimbatore Max from December 2020. The staffs are well educated and their customer service is very good.but this time the way they treated us is completely unacceptable and this time the collections are really worse . I've never expected this from Max . Poor customer service and they are judging us by our dressing. We have never experienced this from Max. And importantly the trial room. The staffs behaved at us very rudely and they didn't allow us to trial our outfits.I didn't expect this from Max. So kindly train your staffs in a good manner and I expect that this will not happen again.
Very bad experience with this particular showroom .I have been shopping in max both online and in store for past few years,but the staffs in this showroom is not very responsive for customer enquiries.
The Entire shop and staff were found educated on safety towards COVID 19 issue. Maintanance was amazing. Not necessary to worry about infection when at MAX. The staff were courtious and especially one named Punitha was very helpfull through out our shopping. We were not allowed to do trial for kids, for elders, it was allowed with Sanitisation. Collections were amazing and trendy. Price was okay.
