Good customer service Collections also nice
Today we went with lot of expectation, as we are regular customers of Max. But I had bad experience from the sales boy, while we are trying to trial clothes on my 4 yrs boy in front of the men's trial room, because we just stepped out as there are men customers. But without any kind of hindrances we just sat beside a seating and tried to change. But one of the sales men had a weird kind of discussion infront of us only to make us uncomfortable. We felt very pathetic like hell. Instead of convincing us the situation ,he just ruined it so cheap and low standards. Is this the way you taught them to treat customers? Very poor
Unnecessarily sales people are following customers. We purchased just because we wanted to and never planning to visit this store again due to this behaviour. Customers have their own choice and being a staff, they should not interfere in between and make them uncomfortable. This is not at all expected from this international brand. Hope the attitude towards customer will change. The behaviour is not yet changed and they say they are asked to follow the customers from their manager. Because of this kind of behaviour I couldn't spend much time there.
Loved it. Located opposite Reliance Trends in AAK Mall. Same area as Trends. High quality clothing.
Constant following of the sales girl made me and my mother uncomfortable. We had to leave without purchasing what we intended. Those people who train the salesperson need to be changed. Also the security counting the number of dress I have taken to trial room made me uncomfortable as we were there to steal something. I was wearing modest clothes to store when I went there. The way the people in max judge people based on looks was apalling. The mindset need to be changed without any doubt.
Verry nice managers and staffs
Nice customer service and staffs
On 24Jan2023, "Yeah. It's going to open. Give us 5 minutes" at 10:25 am. Anyway better than trends opposite to it.
