The ambience and the customer service is good but felt like the stock was out of trend/was too plane at that time compared to the online experience. Pricing was a bit high but was worth the quality, I think.

I don't think so, we may get affordable deal in Max other than pantaloons, lifestyle, Reliance trends & central etc. Hence, I prefer Max. "Fashion means MAX FASHION".
