This is a franchise store . Better shop at original store at Kaloor and Chakkaraparamb for claiming coupons u get online . They don't know the meaning of flat 699 needed to explain that Then told it was not arranged by us arranged by customers early morning time !!!! We took 3 jeans from there !! It was morning time there was very less customers. And after all this no sorry they say it is not original it is a franchise store !!! Great shopping experience 05/09/2023 Tuesday morning!! Worst customer service I ever had in my life . The staff at the till was so rude . He was talking through headset to someone throughout the payment process . He is just ingoring our question and request . Whoever is the manager if you check the camera between 1:30 pm to 1 :45 (27th nov 2023)you can realise it . Even though we were asking for offers and all, he was busy with talking . Please try to keep the mobile phone away while working . Atleast try to keep eye contact with the customer . I don't think so this review will do any chance to that shop . Please Be polite to the customer . Already I sent a detailed email to the head office regarding my experience

Max is always good. I like the quality of clothes and its simple design. But this time around they played out a trick by putting up boards saying 50 to 70 % discount. But the discounted items were very less. I ended up buying clothes without any discount. So I rate it 3 for the recent experience.
