Decent spread we went to pick up a standby footwear and got what we wanted.
But don't understand why there was only 1 cash counter open with 5 employees, Instead could have opened up other cash counter and avoid long customer queues.

Disappointed by the behavior of staff. I visited on December 3rd 2022 to look of there's new collection. But firstly I had to use washroom. My shopping takes 10-15mins if I'm alone & +-30 mins if I'm accompanied. As I am shopping with max for the last 8yrs (Koramangala, Jayanagar, malleshwaram and Nagarbhavi outlets), and I am familiar with sizes, I only need something to catch my attention. But ya this time I didn't buy any as I had most of it in my wardrobe. I had to leave bt ya I had used the washroom. And while leaving, Cleaning lady stopped me to tell, you can't use washroom & leave without buying. I had explain her that I am a regular customer & didn't like any, i came here to do shopping but ya I used the washroom first & you can't behave like this with any customer. Did She expected me to complete the shopping by controlling my bladder & then use the washroom? Could anyone please put a notice "mandatory purchase to be made whenever you visit". Also 1 more information, i hope people are aware of the court order about using washrooms. Thanks for doing this to a longtime customer. Good bye to max

Parking is very big hassle, since it's on the main road and no parking available, finding one parking spot for car is big task..
Billing took awhile since only one counter was open and good crowd were waiting to get billed..
