Max - Clothing store in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

My go to shopping place is max, but today at CMR mall - max, the billing counter sales girl doesn't know how to communicate in a decent manner, was rude, not paying attention to what was being asked to her.. doesn't know how to behave with customers!! And when spoken about it to the other staff, they are in complete support of her which was shocking!! This experience completely disappointed me and I decided if they are not being trained about such basic things, Am very sure... customers are going to face some hard time and end up purchasing anything!!! And the worst part is none of them apologized for it!!!

Good collection a store for middle class shopping. Cheaper in price and lots of varieties. Now they are expanding it to second floor too(store under renovation). There are 5 to 6 billing counters but only 2 executives present at the desk when i was at billing counter and they made me wait for long time.

They don't want to open all the billing counters despite heavy Qs on weekend. Also, staff were silently doing the billing for people who entered the Q from exit side which is ridiculous. Manager is 100% responsible for these kind of mismanagement and mishandling of customers by billing staff. Left complaint in the feedback book, I hope Max upper management will take this feedback seriously to make customers happy. If not, I'll never visit this Max location again.

Such a bad counter reception here, I bought a dress in May from this outlet, and realized later they haven't removed magnet from the dress. Now I am already out of station to go back to the store

The clothes in max have a great branding with good quality in affordable prices..

Max is superb & lovely place to shop.. One of my favourite store as my passion is to shop a lot so preferably max ... Collections are too good as I started to shop at Max since 10yrs right from my daughter's childhood now she is in collegeas I shop tees, all western wear only for my daughter & for myself mostly kurtas which are comfortable to wear. Staff is so cooperative and on whole it's a wonderful store.

Iam a fan of Max.Now iam giving only 3stars.Earlier Max was so ecnomical and good material.But now rates also higher and not getting variety collections in affordable price.I have so many collections from max.whereever I go first I used to step in max only,like vizag Mangalore,Kanpur,Bangalore etc.

You get all your fashion needs here. Regular clothing price is moderate. Men Collection is poor. Female Clothing collection is good. Kids Clothing collection is good. Accessories are costly. Less Brands are available. They should more brands and they are not managing the space properly. It is a congested place actually. Product display is very poor. Sales guys are not at all assisting guests who visit the place. When there are more foot falls, they cannot able to manage the crowd and offers are very less. Though they collect mobile number at bill desk, but they will not send any important messages on offers. Hope they improve in all angles. Billing system, they should manage properly. Always we have to wait for longer time.
