I visited this store and was pleased with the wide collection. However, my experience was marred by the staff's unhelpful attitude. I inquired about a shirt size in the men's section, and they dismissed me without even checking. To my surprise, I later found the size myself. Despite addressing the issue with the staff, my overall impression of the store was soured by this disappointing encounter.

Very worst belling experience in max RT nagar branch Person Name - Rajat kumar I am waiting in a queue for billing but he is not responding me and he changing the billing counter from one place to another place and billing some other person....even he know i am waiting for billing but he doesn't bothered... Recently I visited MAX store near RT Nagar. There the staff at cash counter are very rude. I m elite customer and took the membership for 499/- for lifetime. I use to visit multiple location stores and I use to get free carry bag. But recently when I went they denied for that and they asked for proof. When I showed them, they started saying that we use to have earlier that offer for customers now we don't and we have new plan. The way he was saying as if we are taking the things for free. No new collection for kids they get less stuff with more pice and I would go for other stores then MAX and RT Nagar store cash counter staff is worst.

Max rt nagar doesn't have much collection and quality products.. sales people are almost not available

Good collection. Reasonable rate. Staff weren't that helpful though. We purchased for around 6k but they couldn't give an extra cover to hold our purchases. They could be more customer friendly. That's why 3 stars or else would have given 4.5 stars.

One of my worst experience in MAX today as happened, as family we came to store and non of staff was seen in the floor. We came to exchange our son shoe we went to second floor non of staff came to help us, we our self keeping two kids and took the shoe. After coming to billing counter no one was their to bill. After one staff came who does no English or kannada only she know Hindi. Then we asked to change the shoe she told in Hindi some problem which we couldn't understand. We asked please call manager. So she called and the manage came we told need to exchange, he explained IT related issue which we couldn't do. Then I asked them no can purchase anything? He told one hour will take sir, then I asked any other alternative option u should have kept he told rudely no no no. Then I told no staff was their to help us during our shopping time. He told we have only three staff, I told that three staff also was not their he rudely started arguing with us. Then I told I need to raise this issue he cooly telling you do whatever you want. This behaviour which made me shock keeping kids and he is arguing rudely. I want max company to take his issue very seriously and that manager should Apologise for his ride behaviour, you can cross check the cctv also the entire story if I am wrong.

Located at the heart of R T Nagar, the store unlike other stores boasting a parking floor on its own. The staffs are really helpful in selecting the apparels of correct size and color. But the sad part is the collection, I couldn't find a large variety of apparels, this time there were no much appealing ones for men. I had head out to other shops looking for my requirements.

Nice store cleanliness very well maintained It,s A Huge Store Consisting Of 4 Floors, Ground ,1st , 2nd , 3rd And Till 2nd Floor there are Almost Ladies n Children's, Clothes on the Top Floor there Are Clothes and Shoes Etc of Men,s There Are trail Room,s You can try Clothes there itself and if you Wanna Return Any Product back There Will be 30 days Return Policy Quality of Clothes are very Good but Prices are Bit high and it,s good and Every Week Some New New Merchandise Are in the Store Especially in T Shirts
